The safety of my clients and self is my utmost priority. If you are showing and signs or symptoms of illness or any contagious infection, I kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment until you feel better.
Cancellation
I understand that things can come up, life happens!
I value your time, and hope you value mine, too. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify me no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify me in time will incur a cancelation fee of 50% of your scheduled services.
LateComer
Please be sure to arrive on time. Any late arrivals, more than 15 minutes, may need rescheduling and may incur a late cancelation fee.
No Show
Please be advised that my salon has a no-show policy whereby any no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.
Refunds
If you are unhappy with your service, I will gladly work with you to fix it, but due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds.
